A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Brandon working as a Lettings Administrator. The role is with an established Lettings Agent who is looking to add to their team due to increased business levels.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided

The successful Lettings Administrator will be offered:

  • Basic salary £23,500 - £26, 000
  • Mileage expenses
  • 25 days plus bank holiday

To be considered for the Lettings Administrator role you must have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in property-related role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Driving licence

As a Lettings Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Dealing with Property Maintenance issues
  • Lettings administration
  • Property inspections
  • Viewings
  • Check-ins and Check-outs
