This position requires someone who has a passion for detail and creating bespoke spaces that are in harmony with their clients.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9.00am - 6.00pm
The successful Lead Interior Designer will be offered:
- 20,000 - 25,000 AED

Lead Interior Designer requirements:
- 5 years experience as an Interior Designer
- Strong residential project portfolio - international experience would be advantageous
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop
- High attention to detail with knowledge of the FF&E design progress
- Ability to lead design initiatives while demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Key duties for the Lead Interior Designer position:
- Lead and manage design projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of design presentations and material collaterals.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and maintain design standards and best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design and incorporate them where relevant.
