The successful HR Assistant will be offered:

HR Assistant requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
- Excellent customer service
- Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
As an HR Assistant, your duties will involve the following:
- Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and employee records.
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
- Monitor attendance and assist with salary calculations, deductions, and leave records.
- Ensure timely communication of payroll-related data to the finance team.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to execute strategic HR initiatives.
