This position will see the successful individual join our clients, a highly successful property company, and work within the established sales department and alongside other departments in ensuring all fee-earning opportunities are optimised.
Our clients are ideally looking for someone with a strong Estate Agency sales background who fully understands the sales progress from start to finish. In addition, to having a proven track record of managing a team.
Working Days:
As a Head of Sales, you will be required to work Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
The successful Head of Sales will be offered:
- £53,500 basic

Head of Sales requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Proven track record of managing a team
- Strong understanding of the sales process from start to finish
- Great communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
- Full UK driver’s license
- Experience dealing with third-party suppliers such as; conveyancers, surveyors, removals, refurbishment/maintenance, auctions, financial services
- NO specific industry qualifications are required for this position
Key tasks of the Head of Sales role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Increase and optimise the company revenue from third party opportunities across the sales division
- Responsible for providing analysis and tracking of all opportunities, income and performance against sales and instructions reporting to the Regional Directors
- Promoting third party opportunities and results to the Branch and Central Teams to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
- Attend branches to provide support in order to ensure minimum standards are being met
- Highlight areas of improvement required per branch and area
- Ensure all business opportunities are optimised for third party across Sales, New Homes & Commercial
- Ensure new starters are promptly informed of the opportunity available from third parties and how to achieve success.
