Are you a passionate and experienced Marketing professional who is looking to start a position that allows you to maintain and develop the marketing success of a group of companies? 

If yes, we have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our clients who are looking to hire a Head of Marketing and Communications in the Chelmsford area to be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and overall management of all marketing and communications within their group.

To be considered you MUST have +5 years experience within marketing and knowledge of the property industry.

The successful Head of Marketing and Communications will be offered:

  • £55,000 - £60,000 salary (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Some weekend / evening work may be required to attend external events 
  • Future hybrid working after probation 

Head of Marketing and Communications requirements:

  • Minimum of +5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
  • +2 years in a management / leadership position 
  • Experience working within the property industry 
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve

As a Head of Marketing and Communications, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing / leading / developing the team 
  • Developing and implementing cohesive marketing and communications strategies 
  • Stakeholder engagement 
  • Multi-channel marketing campaigns 
  • Brand management 
  • Market research - trends and competitors 
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of implemented strategies 
  • Budget management 
  • Develop and manage the group's communication and public relations
  • Oversee the management and execution of internal events as well as, act as brand ambassador for external events
