Requirements for the Estate Planner position:

  • IFA or banking experience preferred
  • Legal background or membership with the Society of Will Writers
  • Proficiency in legal software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to build trusting client relationships and understand client needs

Estate Planner Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaising with the financial advisers in the business
  • Conduct meetings with new and existing clients, in person or via video conferencing
  • Provide clients with tailored estate planning solutions
  • Accurately maintain client records and manage correspondence
  • Handle an active caseload and collaborate with involved parties to ensure timely case completion
  • Manage and prioritise caseload effectively to achieve targets
