A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage professional to join our clients' as a Director in East London.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our clients as Divisional Mortgage Director to support and collaborate with the Financial Services Director in implementing a robust financial services strategy aimed at driving income, ensuring profitable growth, and promoting continuous improvement within the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing Financial Services team, embedding the core behaviours, values, and principles of our network and company.
The successful individual will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential. Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CeMAP are essential to be considered for this role.
The successful Divisional Mortgage Director will be offered:
- Branch-based 4 days a week – East London
- Upto £50,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
- OTE of £80,000 +

Divisional Mortgage Director requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Mortgage industry
- Management experience within a mortgage environment
- Strong track record working in a targeted environment.
- Leadership and Management Experience.
- Background in Estate Agency preferred
- CeMAP or equivalent qualifications
Responsibilities for the Divisional Mortgage Director role:
- Support the Financial Services Director in executing financial strategies to drive income, profitable growth, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Financial Services team, fostering company values and principles.
- Prepare, monitor, and report on the Financial Services Division's income and profit budget, ensuring accurate forecasting of financial results.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Financial Services regulations and products, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
- Evaluate key performance indicators, identify trends, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and overall results.
- Ensure compliance with systems and controls, handle customer complaints, and foster a high-performance culture through coaching and collaboration across business streams.
