Business Development Manager - Dubai

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager who has experience working within the creative industry and wants to work from home? 

We are currently working with a boutique high-end interior design firm that specialises in hospitality projects across the Middle East. They are a company that believes in creating an environment that is open and honest with a focus on well-being and longevity. 

At present, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team on a work from home basis - so, they're open to people being based from anywhere in the Middle East. 

To be considered for this position you MUST be able to speak Arabic!

 Business Development Manager requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic is essential for this position 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience and a proven track record of success in business development within the creative industry  
  • Adept at client-facing interactions
  • Proficiency in client database management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with a focus on delivering compelling proposals and closing deals
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding business development objectives
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications in sales or business development are a plus

Key duties for the Business Development Manager will include but will not be limited to:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design industry, including market research, lead generation, and networking activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and other industry stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the company's services
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to create and implement effective strategies for business growth and client acquisition
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, proposals, and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favourable and aligned with the company's objectives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, and adjust business development strategies accordingly
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management
