Due to company expansion and numerous projects secured, our clients, a forward-thinking practice, are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join their award-winning team.
This position will see the successful individual offered career growth and a varied working role within Surveying. This role also offers the opportunity for progression through to more Senior roles
Working hours:
- 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Monday to Friday
The successful Building Surveyor will be offered:
- £50,000 - £70,000 basic salary - dependent on experience
- Upto £80,000 OTE

Building Surveyor requirements:
- Experience as a practising Building Surveyor
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Access to own car
As a Building Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Advising clients about building/property issues
- Undertaking building surveys.
- Monitoring the deterioration or defects of a property and offering advice on repair work.
- Assessing the impact of unexpected damage on insurance, for example after a fire or flood.
- Writing technical reports.
- Negotiating the repair of work or a financial settlement if required.
- Advising on all aspects of quality and construction on new and existing buildings.
