Our client, a well-established and respected Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their office in Pulborough.
If you’re a motivated and outgoing individual who has great experience in both Valuing and Managing a team then this could be a great opportunity for you!
Working hours of a Branch Manager:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic
- £45,000 OTE
- Pay per mile

Ideally, to be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Highly experienced in valuing
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Excellent team management skills
- Full UK driver’s license with your own vehicle
- NAEA desirable but not essential
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing the team, carrying out 1:1 reviews and morning meetings
- Dealing with sales progression
- Going out on valuations and winning new business
- Negotiating offers
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Reporting back to the partners of the business
