We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Manager / BIM Lead to join our client’s fast-expanding global team.
Our clients are an award-winning interior design studio that requires an experienced individual to join their Abu Dhabi office as a BIM Manager where they will play a crucial role in ensuring project accuracy and efficiency by using BIM software and collaborating closely with internal and external teams.
They are looking for someone with experience in commercial / residential projects and knowledge of ISO19650 standards and BIM LOD development.

- Monday to Friday
- 9.00AM – 6.00PM
The successful BIM Manager will be offered:
- 15,000 - 20,000 AED

BIM Manager requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of BIM project experience
- Bachelor’s in engineering or architecture
- Experience with Commercial / Residential projects
- Excel in multi-discipline coordination and have a proven track record of navigating complex projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, ACC, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO19650 standards and BIM LOD developments is a must
- Enforce project Information Management standards and ensure deliverables align with the Client's BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Skilled in creating and managing BIM models to aid project coordination and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in clash detection tools and methods to resolve conflicts within BIM models.
- Technical understanding of Interior design with detailed developments and coordination with MEP systems.
Key duties and responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Resolving interference between BIM model and other discipline such as MEP, architecture, Structural, Civil.
- Enforce project BIM standards and manage MIDP, TIDP, and MPDT documents.
- Review models and drawings based on checklists.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Conduct inter-disciplinary clash detection and propose resolutions.
- Share and publish approved models and drawings in the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Support Studio Lead(s) and ensure standards are applied.
- Provide technical support for BIM software applications.
- Mentor team members on core design systems and best practices.
- Ensure projects compliance with BIM contractual requirements.
- Liaise with Client and project stakeholders' BIM representatives.
- Provide CAD drafting/BIM modelling support as needed.
- Develop BIM plans and coordinate with subcontractors/external teams.
- Understand construction workflow processes and priorities.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
- Contribute to documenting and disseminating standards and best practices.
- Support 2D technical team as required.
