We have an exciting new opportunity with our clients, a well-respected independent Estate Agency that is looking to add an Auction Manager to join their close-knit team and cover the Norfolk area.
The successful Auctions Manager will be offered:

Auctions Manager requirements:
- Property Auctions Background ideal
- Estate Agency experience essential
- B2B experience
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
- Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls and the ability to self-generate new business
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organising and planning skills.
As an Auctions Manager, your role will involve:
- Making appointments to meet new and existing agents
- Understand your agents' needs
- In-depth product/service knowledge
- Create new associations to work in partnership
- Keep in contact with existing clients in person and by telephone
- Going to conferences and expositions
- Monitor & report your progress to your line manager
- Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
