Associate Director, Project Management requirements:
- 10- 15 years of related experience, with a strong background in Project Management
- Proven management experience, including managing budgets, staffing levels and quality and metrics
- PMP Qualifications
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience in large project proposal executions involving design in a 3D Model / BIM environment
- Ability to express complex concepts effectively to the business, yet technical enough to have a detailed review of proposals and approaches with business resources.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities
Key responsibilities for the Associate Director, Project Management position will include:
- Support the Director of Operations in creating and implementing strategic growth plans.
- Regular travel between the Gulf countries to oversee on going projects
- Prepare compelling proposals for PMC services, both standalone and as part of design packages.
- Manage a portfolio of PMC projects, utilizing internal resources effectively.
- Enhance PMC and PMO procedures to align with digital delivery standards.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a contributor in the Director of Operations’ absence, fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and governmental authorities to facilitate business development.
- Promote a positive corporate image through effective public relations and client interface.
- Lead proposal preparation and negotiations with clients or potential partners.
