Working hours:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday-Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
- Previous valuations experience and track record of winning sales instructions
- Previous experience managing a team and busy office within Estate Agency
- Hard-working and results-driven individual
- Excellent ability to build rapport and motivate a team
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
As an Assistant Branch Manager, your role will involve:
- Leading by example

- Follow-up leads over the phone and face-to-face
- Coaching and helping train new staff members
