Art Consultant requirements:
- Educated to degree level in art and design
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar creative role.
- Proven experience and application of architecture and/or interior design.
- Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch- Up and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer and client service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects.
- Strong creative ability with a commitment to continuous research for and in-depth knowledge of the art market.
- High level of project/account ownership and accountability.
Key duties of the Art Consultant will include:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present creative ideas and solutions that exceed client expectations, fostering client loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and execute art strategies based on client briefs.
- Curate and select artworks, sculptures, and accessories tailored to the project's interior design.
- Create detailed artist briefs and manage artist collaborations, ensuring commissioned work aligns with project timelines and budgets.
- Lead the technical and creative development of projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure project feasibility, monitor cost control and smooth project execution. In addition, to providing leadership to the project team.
- Manage project commercials by upselling artwork options and ensuring client satisfaction, aiming for repeat business opportunities
- Oversee the installation of artworks on-site, providing final styling guidance to ensure seamless integration with the interior design. Ensuring that all design decisions are executed accurately on-site, maintaining quality control and adhering to project specifications.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues promptly to the Project Director
- Take responsibility for the overall success of the project, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and commercial profitability.
