We are looking for an Art & Design Research Coordinator to join our clients an award-winning Art Consultancy in Dubai.
This position will see you as a cultural advisor, integrating local traditions and contemporary trends into projects. In addition, to contributing to marketing and client engagement efforts, showcasing projects and fostering strong industry relationships.
To be considered for this role you MUST be a UAE National.

Art & Design Research Coordinator requirements:
- Degree in Fine Art, Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or industry-related
- You must be a UAE National
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of art and design, including artists, artistic forms and artistic methods
Key duties of the Art & Design Research Coordinator will include:
- Project Support
- Conduct thorough research to develop engaging and culturally relevant art narratives and concepts tailored to client briefs
- Provide expert advice on UAE and GCC heritage, culture, and traditions to ensure projects are culturally authentic and relevant
- Collaborate with the team to integrate local and regional cultural elements into art strategies and concepts.
- Identify and recommend artists, with a focus on emerging and established local talent
- Assist in the preparation of physical and digital material boards for client presentations
- Research and Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and artists to stay informed on material innovations and trends
- Stay informed on trends in interior design, art, and marketing
- Maintain and regularly update the physical and digital library of artists, suppliers, and production resources
- Sales and Marketing
- Support the development of digital campaigns, newsletters, and website updates to promote the company’s portfolio and achievements
- Contribute to the planning and execution of exhibitions, project launches, and marketing events
- Represent the company at industry and cultural events
