Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday,  with working hours on these days being between 8:45am and 5:30pm

The successful Accounts Manager will be offered:

To be considered for the Accounts Manager role you must have:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an accounts manager role, preferably within the property industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Data collection and analysis skills
  • Critical mindset
  • Data collection and analysis skills
  • Experience with bank reconciliations
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, strong in the processing of financial data

As a Accounts Manager, your role will involve:

  • Managing the Accounts Team on a day-to-day basis and reviewing the work of junior team members and providing feedback for continuous development.
  • Building strong and sustainable client relationships, especially at senior management level.
  • Leading transitions and client take-on from a financial perspective
  • Being proactive in driving forward business development
  • Acting as a major point of contact for the client, this includes responding quickly to, as well as anticipating, client requests/needs, keeping clients informed of progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided and maintaining regular contact with clients.
  • Data consolidation, financial analysis variance, and trend analysis.
  • Ad-hoc reporting, often with tight deadlines
  • Indicate areas of business improvement
  • Weekly contractor payment runs
  • Creating and logging invoices
  • Reporting on cash levels
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations
